Job reports are reports that report information based on individual jobs. So the Job Reports menu is available in the job menu once you have selected a job. The information in each report pertains only to the job selected.
ContractorTools provides the following job reports:
List of Costs Reports
List of Materials - Lists all of the items with estimated material costs. This report can be used as a "shopping list" for the materials in a job.
List of Labor - Lists all of the items with estimated labor costs.
List of Equipment - Lists all of the items with estimated equipment costs.
List of Other Costs - Lists all of the items with estimated other costs.
List of Subcontracts - Lists all of the items with estimated subcontract costs.
List of Zero Cost Items - Lists all of the items that do not have any costs estimated. This report can be used as a check to make sure that you have not forgotten to enter costs for any of the items in your estimate.
Job Recap Reports
Job Recap Summary
Lists the total amounts of all of the transactions (estimates, change orders, credits, invoices, payments and refunds) in the job.
Job Recap Detail
Lists all of the detail line items of all of the transactions (estimates, change orders, credits, invoices, payments and refunds) in the job.
