Job reports are reports that report information based on individual jobs. So the Job Reports menu is available in the job menu once you have selected a job. The information in each report pertains only to the job selected.

ContractorTools provides the following job reports:

List of Costs Reports

  • List of Materials - Lists all of the items with estimated material costs. This report can be used as a "shopping list" for the materials in a job.

  • List of Labor - Lists all of the items with estimated labor costs.

  • List of Equipment - Lists all of the items with estimated equipment costs.

  • List of Other Costs - Lists all of the items with estimated other costs.

  • List of Subcontracts - Lists all of the items with estimated subcontract costs.

  • List of Zero Cost Items - Lists all of the items that do not have any costs estimated. This report can be used as a check to make sure that you have not forgotten to enter costs for any of the items in your estimate.

Job Recap Reports

  • Job Recap Summary

    Lists the total amounts of all of the transactions (estimates, change orders, credits, invoices, payments and refunds) in the job.

  • Job Recap Detail

    Lists all of the detail line items of all of the transactions (estimates, change orders, credits, invoices, payments and refunds) in the job.
