ContractorTools allows customers to have any number of contacts. Each customer contact can appear as a signatory at the bottom of printed estimates.
To add an additional customer signatory to your estimate document, you need to add a "contact" to the customer. To do that, please follow these steps:
Go to the main menu and tap on "Customers".
Select the customer to whom you would like to add a contact (signatory).
Tap on "Contacts" below the customer information. This will list the contacts associated with that customer.
Tap + in the upper right corner to add a contact. Add the additional contact.
After you do this, then when you go view/print the estimate for that customer, the additional contact will appear as a signatory at the bottom.
