ContractorTools is billed monthly or annually with a different price depending on the plan you choose. There are three plans: Basic, Essentials, and Pro.

The Essentials Plan includes everything in the Basic plan, plus:
Automatically generate invoices from job estimates. 1 invoice per job.
Print or email invoices.
Enter payments received from customers. Enter 1 payment per job.
Print or email payment receipts.
Print or email customer job summary accounting document.
Sales Tax summary reporting.
Sync invoices and payments with QuickBooks Online.
The Pro Plan includes everything in the Basic and Essentials plans, plus:
Automatically generate invoices from job estimates. Any number of invoices per job. Invoices can be based on a fixed amount, a percentage of completion, or by selecting individual line items.
Enter payments received from customers. Any number of payments per job.
Change Orders / Credit Memos.
Sync change orders, credits, credit memos, invoices and payments with QuickBooks Online.
